American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification Course.  Certification valid for 2 years upon completion.  The total time for the course is 16 hours.  Class will be held from 7 AM until 4 PM each day.  
You must successfully complete the prerequisite skill assessment scenario to continue in the course.  The prerequisite skill assessment scenario evaluates the following skills:
Entry, Swimming approach, Surface dive in deep water to 7-10 feet, Passive submerged rescue, Rapid extrication (with assisting rescuer), Rapid Assessment and Single-rescuer CPR (3 minutes).
Please bring your Lifeguard Instructors Manual (print), Lifeguard Manual (digital or print), Lifeguarding Instructors Deck Book (optional)
This class will be held a the Rancho Rinconada Recreation Center.
