Cancelation & Billing Policies
-
Billing will be automated on the 28th of each month for the upcoming month. The exception is February when billing will be done on the 26th. Aquatic Life accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
-
Please cancel your automated billing by the 20th of the month in order to allow us time to fill your spot with another swimmer. Failure to do so will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
-
There is no registration fee for Aquatic Life Nevada.
-
Missed lessons can be made up if we have the pool time to allow it but will be based on availability. We will do our best to help make up any missed lessons. Aquatic Life is not responsible for canceled lessons due to sickness, weather, pool closures, holidays, or any event outside of our control. Make up lessons are not always guaranteed at your facility of choice but we do our best to keep you at the same facility if possible.
-
Make up lessons must be made up if there is availability within 4 weeks. You can not carry make ups month after month. If a make up lesson is scheduled and you miss the make up lesson, you lose that lesson and can not reschedule.
-
Prorated fee’s are only available for your first month’s membership. If you cancel for a month and come back, there is no proration for joining mid-month.
-
Your current or same lesson time and facility is not guaranteed if you take time off and come back. Spots will not be held.
-
The pool is closed periodically for National Holidays. In this case, we will give you advance notice of any vacations for make ups if they are possible. We cannot control the city schedule in those instances.
-
After you register for your first month, Square will save your credit card information, but Aquatic Life will not be able to see all of your information.
-
You will receive your invoice and receipt electronically each month, so please keep your email up to date with Aquatic Life.
-
If you cancel or miss lessons on DRC, we do not guarantee make up lessons. The DRC will still be billed the same amount that month.
-
As Aquatic Life grows in Nevada, we may adjust or change our billing policies. If any changes are made, the new policies will be emailed to you directly by our administrator.
